eSIM not Supported Error

When you try to activate your eSIM you get the error "eSIM not supported"

Updated this week

eSIM not Supported
This eSIM is not compatible with this device.

This error means your device is either under contract and "carrier-locked" or there's a device-level limitation from your primary provider that prevents you from installing the Roamless eSIM on your device.

VPNs also may interfere with eSIM installation, presenting this error. If you have a VPN service enabled on your device, please disable it / turn it off and try activating your eSIM again.

The only way to remove the carrier-lock or limitation is to reach out to your primary operator and ask them to unlock your device. Once the device is unlocked, you can activate your Roamless eSIM start using it.
