How to Use Rewards for Data Connectivity

How Roamless eSIM uses your Rewards

Updated over a week ago

You do not need to 'select' an active reward on your account to use it for data connectivity. If your haven an available reward that is valid in your current location, Roamless eSIM will automatically start consuming it.

Automatic Prioritization

Roamless eSIM has an automatic prioritization logic for providing you with data connectivity:

  • If you have rewards in your account, the eSIM will always prioritize using your rewards, as long as they are valid in your current location

  • Once your rewards are consumed, then Roamless eSIM checks to see if you have a valid data plan for your location -and if it's available, consumes the data plan next

  • Once the data plan is fully consumed (or expired), Roamless eSIM then consumes your pay-as-you-go credits

This process is all automatic and controlled by the Roamless eSIM, based on your current location and what you have available in your account (rewards, data plans, credits).

Maximizing Value

  • Your rewards (except referral rewards) all have expiration dates. So they get consumed first to make sure you get the most value out of your rewards before they expire

  • Similarly, your data plans also have 30-day validity, so they get consumed after your rewards

  • Since your purchased Roamless credits never expire, they always get consumed last
