The Roamless app offers two main options for accessing data: FLEX credits (pay-as-you-go) and FIX data plans (bundled data purchased for specific destinations). Follow the steps below to choose the option that suits your needs.

Overview of FLEX Credits and FIX Data Plans

FLEX Credits:

  • Pay-as-you-go model with no monthly fees.

  • Usable in over 200 supported destinations for data and outgoing in-app calls.

  • Credits are consumed based on usage and do not have an expiration date.

FIX Data Plans:

  • Provide a fixed amount of data (e.g., 10 GB) with 30-day validity.

  • Suitable for high-usage scenarios or region-specific requirements.

  • Must be purchased per destination.


Step-by-Step Guides

Purchasing FLEX Credits:

  1. Open the Roamless app.

  2. Tap Add Funds from the home screen.

  3. Select the amount you want to top up.

  4. Apply promo codes (if available) to your purchase (before you make your payment).

  5. Complete the payment process using a credit or debit card.

  6. The funds will be added to your account and can be used immediately for data connectivity and in-app calls.

Purchasing a FIX Data Plan:

  1. Open the Roamless app.

  2. Use the search bar to type the name of your destination.

  3. Browse and select your desired FIX Data Plan.

  4. Apply promo codes (if available) to your purchase (before you complete your payment).

  5. Tap Continue to Payment and complete the process using a credit or debit card.

  6. The data plan will automatically activate when you reach your selected destination (upon first KB of data usage).
