Resetting Roamless APN Settings for iOS Devices
Go to Device Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Network) > scroll down to SIMs
Click on Roamless eSIM > Cellular Data Network (or Mobile Data Network)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page > Reset Settings > Reset
After you're done, Turn ON Airplane Mode > wait for a few seconds > Turn OFF Airplane Mode
This last step will refresh your connection on the network side with the updated APN settings and you should have data connectivity
Resetting Roamless APN Settings for Android Devices
The steps below may be slightly different based on device make and model.
Go to Device Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet) > Mobile Networks
Click on Access Point Names > select the Roamless eSIM at the bottom
Click on "..." (three dots) on the upper right corner > Reset to default > Reset
Your device will automatically refresh your data session on the network with the updated APN settings and you should have data connectivity
