What are APN Settings?
APN (Access Point Name) settings are configurations on a mobile device that allow it to connect to a carrier's data network, enabling internet services.
Incorrect or missing APN settings can prevent a device from accessing mobile data, requiring manual configuration (i.e. adding missing APN settings) on the device settings.
These settings are automatically added and configured on the device during eSIM installation, but in rare cases, these settings may fail to get automatically added to the device, resulting in connectivity problems. If this happens, you need to add them manually to your device settings.
Roamless APN Settings for iOS Devices
Go to Device Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Network) > scroll down to SIMs
Click on Roamless eSIM > Cellular Data Network (or Mobile Data Network)
If the values you see do not match the below (or if any are missing), enter them manually as shown
After you're done, Turn ON Airplane Mode > wait for a few seconds > Turn OFF Airplane Mode
This last step will refresh your connection on the network side with the updated APN settings and you should have data connectivity

Click on "Add" (or +) on the upper right corner
Enter the details for the fields listed below
After you're done, click on ... (three dots) on the upper right corner > click "Save"
Your device will automatically refresh your data session on the network with the updated APN settings and you should have data connectivity

Important Note for Android Users
On your Android device, if you cannot save the manually entered Roamless APN settings, or if they disappear after you save them, it is possible that your primary provider's SIM card may be overriding Roamless APNs. If this happens:
Please try removing the Primary SIM > restarting your device > checking APNs for Roamless eSIM again > manually add them if needed
Without the physical SIM present on the device, you should be able to add & save Roamless APNs without issues
This is a rare case, but when it happens, it happens on the device side over which we have no direct control. Removing the Primary SIM is often the only 'lasting' solution.
