Unexpected Error

You are see an "unexpected error" warning in the Roamless App

This is a rare error that comes up if there is something preventing your Roamless app from accessing our servers. Most of the time, this error is related to your current connection (e.g., WiFi).

If you're on a WiFi connection, switch to a different WiFi

  1. If possible, please connect to a different WiFi (or a hotspot)

  2. Close your Roamless app > Re-open your Roamless app

  3. See if the error persists

If you have your Roamless eSIM installed, select it for connectivity

  1. Please turn on your Roamless eSIM > select it for data connectivity from device settings > Turn off or disconnect from WiFi on your device settings

  2. Close your Roamless app > Re-open your Roamless app

  3. See if the error persists

If you can't switch WiFi or use your Roamless eSIM

  1. Please close your Roamless app

  2. Wait for 10-15 minutes > Open your Roamless app

  3. See if the error persists
