I did not Receive My Verification Code

You can't find your verification code for your email

Updated this week

Your verification code is automatically sent to you when

  • You use an email address to create a Roamless account

  • You want to reset your password

  • You want to change or update your registered email

If you did not get your Verification Code in your email

  1. Wait for 1-2 more minutes to see if the code gets delivered
    ​(it is rare, but sometimes code delivery may be delayed by a few minutes)

  2. Make sure to check your spam folder

  3. Make sure to check your trash folder

  4. Search for emails from [email protected]

  5. Try resending the code from the Roamless app


If you still do not see your verification code in your inbox, please reach out to the Support Team and provide the email address for which you need your code so that we can assist you in person.

Please note that if you are signing up with Google SSO, AppleID or Facebook Login, you will not get a verification code (as your account has already been verified via SSO).
