I did not get a QR Code to install my eSIM

You do not automatically get sent a QR code over email when you sign up to Roamless up or make purchase.

You will need to download the Roamless app and sign into your account in order to install your eSIM.



If you cannot access the Roamless app or the eSIM activation screens, please reach out to the Support Team so that we can assist you in person.
