Which Networks can I Connect to Using Roamless eSIM?

Finding and connecting to supported networks for your Roamless eSIM

Updated this week

You can always find the most up-to-date list of supported network operators in Roamless in the Roamless app, the Roamless webapp and on the Roamless website.

Which networks can I connect to with my Roamless eSIM?

  1. Open your Roamless app > Landing page

  2. Click on the 'arrow' next to the search bar

  3. Select the destination you're interested in

  4. Click on 'information' icon (i) to see the supported networks in that destination

In a lot of destinations, you can use your Roamless eSIM on multiple network operators. This allows you to manually change your network if needed (e.g., if you get weak signal or slow data speeds on your current connection).

How to Manually Select and Connect to a Network

When you install your eSIM, your device's network selection is usually set to "automatic". This means, when you arrive at your destination and turn on your Roamless eSIM, it will connect to one of the supported networks with the strongest signal. However, in case you need to manually change your network, you can do so from your device settings (as long as Roamless has coverage on more than one network in your location).

On iOS Devices:

  1. Go to Device Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Network) > scroll down to SIMs

  2. Click on Roamless eSIM > Network Selection > Turn off "Auto Selection"

  3. Wait for the list to populate > Select your preferred network

On Android Devices:

The steps below may be slightly different based on device make and model.

  1. Go to Device Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet) > Mobile Networks > Network Operators

  2. Select the Roamless eSIM at the bottom > Turn off "Select Automatically"

  3. Wait for the list to populate > Select your preferred network
