For a few destinations, access to the Roamless app may be limited or blocked temporarily due to government regulations. In cases like this, you will see a pop-up when you open the Roamless app, detailing the nature of the limitation.

We work with relevant authorities to make sure these cases are resolved as quickly as possible.

If you have your Roamless eSIM already installed on your device, these type of limitations will not affect your eSIM's functionality. You can use your Roamless eSIM for data connectivity as usual.
