When using or submitting promo codes, if you encounter any errors or warnings in the Roamless app, you can refer to the table below for further clarity and possible solutions.

This code is invalid. Please check again.

You see this error if the code is wrong. Please check the code for typos.

You may also see this error if the promo code is exclusive to a certain company or organization and cannot be used by everyone.

You have already received rewards from similar codes which prevent you from redeeming this code.

You have used similar promo code(s) already. As a result, this particular code is not usable on your account.

This code has expired and is no longer valid.

The code is no longer valid for submission

  • It is either expired or

  • Maximum number of users has been reached

Something went wrong. The code couldn’t be applied, please try again.

This is a temporary error often related to your current data connection. You can try changing your connectivity type (i.e. using a different WiFi, turning on your eSIM etc.) and try submitting the code again.
