This guide is for iOS users, with iOS 18 and earlier versions.
iOS 26 and Android automatically label your eSIM as "Roamless" during eSIM installation
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend that you label your Roamless eSIM on your device to be able to access and refer to it with ease when needed.
Labeling your Roamless eSIM during eSIM Installation
During the initial eSIM installation, you will see a screen "Cellular Plan Labels" come up.
On this screen, click on the field that says "Label for your Roamless Plan"
Click on Custom Label > type Roamless > click Done
Labeling your Roamless eSIM from Device Settings
In case you have not labeled your Roamless eSIM during installation, you can also do it later from iOS Device Settings
Go to Device Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > scroll down to SIMs
In that list you will see your eSIM(s), with different labeles
Click into the eSIM(s) to find the one that says Roamless at the top
(it could also say BICS or 1010/csl -- this is your Roamless eSIM)Once you find the Roamless eSIM, click on Cellular Plan Label (at the top)
Click on Custom Label > type Roamless > then go back
Labeling your Roamless eSIM allows you to easily refer to it in the future as you turn it on/off, select it for cellular data during your travels, or if needed, during troubleshooting
